Actress Michelle Williams, 28, wore a gorgeous pearl-colored dress with criss-cross panels to a screening of her film Synecdoche, New York in New York City last night. Mother of one Williams has quietly been dating the director of the film, Spike Jonze. The two have managed to mostly avoid photographers and seem to have taken pains to hide their relationship, but they didn’t hold back at the after party for the film last night. People reports that they were making out like a couple of teenagers with a curfew:

After attending a Cinema Society screening of their new film, Synecdoche, New York in Manhattan Wednesday night, the couple walked out of the auditorium with Jonze caressing Williams’ back and wrapping his arm around her waist.

The pair held hands as they walked through the lobby, where they met up with Synecdoche costar Catherine Keener. While the two women chatted and munched on popcorn, Jonze snaked his arm around Williams’ waist again.

“He couldn’t seem to keep his hands off her,” said an onlooker. “It was very cute.”

But the sparks really started to fly later that night, when they headed to the Gramercy Hotel’s rooftop club for the Mulberry-sponsored afterparty.

While the two – who have been romantically linked since this summer – talked with friends, they stood so close they were “practically spooning,” said one fellow guest.

And later, when they decided to leave the bash at around 1 a.m., Williams and Jonze shared a mini makeout session – on their way to the elevator.

Good for them! It sounds like they’re in the honeymoon phase of their relationship. Reports first surfaced that they were a couple around the end of July, less than three months ago. They seem to not be able to get enough of each other, and hopefully it will turn into a long term stable relationship if it’s right for both of them.

Everyone was worried about Williams after Heath Ledger passed away from an accidental prescription drug interaction this January. Ledger was her ex boyfriend and the father of her now almost three year old daughter, Matilda. Little Matilda is the splitting image of her dad. It seems that her mother may have found love and happiness again after so much tragedy.

The talk of the town these days is the glamorous Cheryl Burke.

The beautiful Dancing With the Stars pro, who owns her own dance studio in San Francisco, is not in the headlines for her elegant dance moves but because of a a couple of extra pounds which she has gained lately.

On her visibly bigger physique she said, “May be I am not at my thinnest right now, but it’s a little bit like, ‘Wow! Do you really think I’m fat? Would you call me fat, honestly?’?”

The 24-year-old Cheryl Burke is 5’ 4” tall and has stuff measuring size 4.

The sexy star also admitted that she is more comfortable in her skin now than she was some years back. She confessed that it has taken years for her to identify her curves.

She recalled the old times saying, “When I was younger, I wasn’t stick thin. I wasn’t tall. I don’t have long legs. I wasn’t naturally skinny. As I grew older, I just became more comfortable in my own skin.”
So if you are also not at ease with your body, then wait for a couple of years and after that either your skin will become comfortable or you will develop a habit of this skin.

jennifer aniston and John Mayer were photographed outside the Sunset Tower Hotel in LA on Tuesday night, where they enjoyed dinner with friends. Since they were at a hotel, we might assume that they had a little yoga-enhanced tryst afterwards, and that possibly could have happened. There are photos of Mayer outside his place yesterday, Wednesday, so if he did stay overnight with Aniston it looks like he didn’t get caught. They also met people for dinner, which suggests it could have been just a date. They visited three cities together over the weekend, and they’re definitely back together even if they didn’t get a hotel room right away in LA.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer shared a romantic dinner at Sunset Tower’s Tower Bar in West Hollywood on Tuesday, a witness tells Usmagazine.com.

They arrived around 10 p.m. and sat indoors with three pals.

Aniston — who ordered her usual grilled chicken salad — shared a bottle of wine with the table.

Says the witness of the couple: “They looked like they had the best time. They were holding hands at one point and seemed very much back on.

“She seemed extremely happy to be back with him,” the insider tells Us. “They were close and laughing the whole time with their friends.”

One of the many reasons given for the end of their relationship in August was that Aniston didn’t appreciate Mayer’s relationship with the media and felt that he was tipping off the paparazzi. She’s got to know that they’re not going to be able to go anywhere on this reunion tour without it being reported. Maybe they could figure out a remote place to find some peace, but they’re going to have to be more creative about it, and if the stories are to be believed she’ll get some resistance from press-hungry Mayer. If they keep doing the same things their relationship seems even more doomed.

Italian archeologists have discovered the tomb of the ancient Roman hero Mrcus Nonius Macrinus, who was said to have inspired the character played by Russell Crowe in the movie “Gladiator”.

Daniela Rossi, a Rome archeologist, has stated the discovery of this monumental marble tomb of Marcus Nonius Macrinus, includes a large inscription bearing his name, was “an exceptional find”. Rossi said it was “the most important ancient Roman monument to come to light for twenty or thirty years”.

Marcus Nonius Macrinus’ tomb is on the banks of the Tiber near the via Flaminia, north of Rome. Cristiano Ranieri, who headed up the team at the site, said the tomb had long ago collapsed into the mud but its columns, roof and decorations were still intact. Parts of the tomb had gone down into the river, but had been recovered.

Marcus Nonius Macrinus, born in northern Italy, was a general and consul who led the military for Marcus Aurelius, the Roman emperor from 161 AD to 180 AD. Macrinus became part of the Emperor’s inner circle.

In the movie, “Gladiator”, Russell Crowe played Maximus Decimus Meridius, also a general and close to Marcus Aurelius but with a little different storyline where… after the murder of the emperor by his ambitious son Commodus (which was not based on history, just fictional), Maximus ends up falling from grace and in exile in North Africa. Of course he returns as a tough gladiator to take revenge forthe murder ofhis afamily and of Marcus Aurelius. Actor Russell Crowe won an oscar for his role in “Gladiator”.

They plan to reconstruct the tomb as the main piece of a ‘Via Flaminia Archeological Park’, which would also include the House of Empress Livia, the wife of Emperor Augustus, at Prima Porta nearby.

What an awesome find!

Page Six reports they were shown stills from a video of Peter Cook and Diana Bianchi. In the stills of the sex tape, both Peter Cook and Diana Bianchi were nude, and having sex on a brown-colored love seat.

Other pictures taken from the sex tape show Diana Bianchi performing a sexy striptease down to a pair of black G-string panties, and then totally nude as Peter Cook holds his crotch area.. if you know what we mean.

Another photo shows Peter Cook resting his head on Bianchi’s butt. Sources believe the sex tape was made at Cook’s architectural office without Diana Bianchi’s knowledge. But some photos that are not from the sex video show Diana Bianchi posing topless for Cook.

In July, Christie Brinkley settled her nasty divorce with Peter Cook who caused the end of their 10-year marriage due to his affair with Diana Bianchi, 18 years-old at the time. Brinkley also won custody of the children. Peter Cook paid $300,000 to Bianchi in a legal settlement to keep Diana Bianchi quiet and prevented a likely sex-harassment lawsuit.

Brinkley’s lawyer Robert Cohen said: “Nothing about Peter Cook’s behavior shocks us. We don’t know anything about this tape. We never saw it and we never heard about it. Christie’s concern is for the sake of her children and she hopes this video is kept private.”

madonna’s “Sticky and Sweet” tour continued unhindered last night, on the heels of the Madonna/Guy Ritchie divorce announcement. Concert goers at the Boston venue said Madonna was on her game and gave the performance of her life - but it wasn’t without a few subtle hits at soon-to-be ex, Guy Ritchie.

And the defiant Queen of Pop’s first words to 20,000 cheering fans in Boston as she introduced an early song were: “That’s right - I’m not sorry.”

Madonna, 50, told cheering fans: “This song is for the emotionally retarded. “You might know a few people who fall into that category - god knows I do.”

She then launched into the song Miles Away – about a couple who grow apart – with lyrics that could have been written about her relationship with Ritchie, 40.

The pair announced they were divorcing after nearly eight years on Wednesday – just hours before Madonna went onstage in Boston. The Sun revealed their marriage was torn apart by a string of rows and by Madonna’s desire to live in the US while Guy has been filming in the UK.

Lyrics to the song include: “I’m alright, don’t be sorry, but it’s true/When I’m gone, you realise/That I’m the best thing to happen to you.”

And: “I guess we’re at our best when we’re miles away/So far away, so far away.”

Of course, her Madgesty had her own set of demands, both at the hotel and at the TD Banknorth Garden, where she played to a sold out crowd:

After the gig, Madonna returned to Boston’s Ritz Carlton Hotel, where she has booked an entire floor.

Sources say hotel staff were ordered to place gym equipment in Madonna’s hotel suite so she could work out in private.

And the star continued her usual practice of having a hermetically sealed toilet installed in her dressing room at the Boston arena before her arrival.

Her spokeswoman confirmed the clean new loo is her standard requirement on each concert date – along with 25 cases of Kabbalah water.

I wouldn’t have expected Madonna to sit home crying and eating a pint of ice cream to drown her sorrows. But it would be nice if she could show a little restraint and not take an opportunity to knock the father of her children in such a public way, just hours after announcing their split. Madonna’s image is so carefully created, there’s no way that was an offhand comment. She knew exactly what she was doing.

Actress Lisa Bonet is pregnant with her third child. The High Fidelity star and actor boyfriend Jason Momoa have announced they are set to become parents for the second time.

They already have a 14-month-old daughter, Lola. Bonet also has a 19-year-old daughter, Zoe, with her former partner, rocker Lenny Kravitz.

She tells People.com, “I’m seven months and I feel great. I’ve had a tremendous amount of energy, which is lucky, because I have a 14-month-old.” And the sexy star, who was recently voted one of the top 25 sexiest movie stars in history, doesn’t want to know if she will add a boy to her brood.

She adds, “When my friends ask me, I say, ‘I really don’t know. I love the mystery and I trust the mystery about it. It adds a whole other component at the end.”

NEW YORK (AP) - The estate of a department store heir says in a lawsuit that Jay Leno was illegally sold a valuable automobile at a sham auction.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in Manhattan by the estate of Macy’s heir John W. Straus. It says a 1931 Duesenberg was sold to the “Tonight Show” host at an auction designed to take that car and a 1930 Rolls Royce while Straus was ill.

Court papers say Leno, an avid car collector, bought the Duesenberg and someone else bought the Rolls. The suit says the cars were worth $1.7 million and were in a Manhattan garage for more than 50 years.

Straus died in May at age 88, and the suit says he paid all that was owed to store the cars.

Leno spokesman Dick Guttman had no comment.

Ringo Starr is backtracking after upsetting fans with an online rant about the amount of items he’s asked to autograph. The former Beatle threatened to throw away requests he gets for his signature after October 20 in a recent video message, claiming he hasn’t got time to deal with the piles of letters he receives.

In a 40-second video posted on his website, Starr said, “I want to tell you after the 20th of October please do not send fanmail to any address you have. Nothing will be signed after the 20th of October. If that is the date on the envelope, it’s gonna be tossed.”

But, after upsetting fans, Starr has chosen to back down.

In a new statement, the rocker insists the ‘ban’ on fanmail was “in direct response to an inordinate amount of items which have recently appeared for sale on eBay, and to those that repeatedly send cards and items to be signed.”

He adds, “(It’s) a waste of paper and we all should be mindful of our carbon footprint.”

Starr insists the video message wasn’t aimed at his “real fans” who have acknowledged that he “has always signed items and is in fact the only Beatle to have been doing so.”

The drummer admits he was “amazed” by the public and media reaction to his video message, and urges fans to “read this in a mellow way.”

After a long public battle with substance abuse, Minnelli is in an outpatient program at the Caron Foundation on East 58th Street. Earlier this week Minnelli, during a break, dropped in next door to have lunch with one of the foundation’s doctors in the private dining room at Club A Steak House. A rep for Minnelli said, “Liza proudly works on her sobriety every day. She’s in rehearsals for her Kay Thompson tribute at the Palace, which debuts Dec. 3, and was at the Caron Foundation for an alumni reunion meeting.”
